Lesley Garlock
Lesley was a founding partner in establishing South Bay Realty, with the vision of providing a higher level of expertise and customer service to meet the needs of Naples unique customer base. Recently named Director of Operations, she is also a top listing and selling associate working with a wide range of investor buyers and sellers. She has also served as mentor and coach of newly licensed associates, and feels that in developing these relationships, she can better serve the real estate needs of all South Bay customers.
Nancy Kamenick
A native of Mississippi and a former educator, Nancy brings to her real estate career a background in consumer product sales, sales management, and sales training. She has worked in the Vanderbilt Beach and Pelican Bay markets for four years, and has an in-depth knowledge of the communities and properties in North Naples as well as strong negotiating skills. Nancy is also the Sales Manager and Recruiter for South Bay Realty.
Terrilyn VanGorder
Terrilyn VanGorder brings to South Bay Realty and The Love the Dunes team vast experience in both on site and resale real estate. Her marketing background and on sight experience give her a unique insight into community values. Additionally, her affiliations with construction and design experts, provide her customers with the best referrals in the marketplace. She is committed to continued education, and is working toward her designation of the MIRM, Member, Institute of Residential Marketing, and the designation of the SFR designation, the short sales designation of the National Association of Realtors identifying her as qualified to both manage and negotiate short sale transaction.
